Wall panels are 47.5 inches wide and can be custom-built to your desired length, ranging from an 8-foot minimum to a 40-foot maximum. Roof panels are 39.5 inches wide and also have an 8-foot minimum to 40-foot maximum length.

With a minimum order of 1000 square feet, our panels are available in all colors from our color guide. Yes, you can customize both the inside and outside colours of our panels.

Our system uses large panel screws, and they are exposed fasteners. No, we do not have any kind of hidden fastener system with our panels.

During the installation process, simple butt joints are used, with corners covered afterward with inside and outside corner flashings.

We offer two options for the core: 1.) Roxul mineral wool cores are used for fire-rated applications. 2.) We also use a closed-cell EPS core. Roxul panels are heavier and more expensive, while EPS panels are lighter and less costly to purchase.

Smaller orders can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks, while larger orders typically take between 3 to 6 weeks for completion.

For the EPS panels, the R Value is R 4.04 per inch of thickness. For Roxul panel products, the R Value is R 3.60 per inch of thickness.

Our panels are considered exterior cladding and not structural panels. They can be used with steel frame buildings, pole barn type structures, and as exterior cladding for concrete block structures.
